Shippr S.A. (“we”, “us”, or “Shippr") is committed to protecting the privacy of all visitors to its Website https://shippr.io (as well as dashboard.shippr.io) and all visitors who access its Website or services through a mobile application (collectively referred to as the “Site”). Please read the privacy policy below, which explains how we use and protect your information. By accessing and ordering services on this Website, you consent to the collection, use and transfer of your information as set out in this policy.

Article 2. The information collected

When you visit the Site or make a request to book a Delivery through the Site, you may be asked to provide information about yourself, including your name, contact details and payment information such as credit card details. We may also collect information about your use of the Site and information about you from messages you post on the Site and emails or letters you send to us.

By accessing Shippr's information and Services through mobile digital means such as (but not limited to) a mobile phone, tablet or other devices/technologies such as mobile applications, the data collection and use by Shippr mentioned in this Privacy Policy also applies. We may collect technical information from your mobile device or your use of our services using a mobile device, for example location data and device characteristics and operating data, your operator/operating system including device and connection type, IP address, mobile payment methods, interaction with other point of sale technologies such as the use of NFC Tags, QR codes or mobile electronic coupons. Unless you have chosen to remain anonymous through your device or platform settings, we may automatically collect and use this information if you use the Service through your mobile device(s) with any Shippr mobile application, through your mobile device's browser, or by other means.


Article 3. Uses of the data collected

Your information enables us to provide you with access to the parts of the Site that interest you and to provide the services you have requested. It also allows us to bill you and to contact you if we need to about our services. We will also use and analyse the information we collect to administer, support, improve and develop our business, for other purposes (statistical or analytical) and to help us prevent fraud. Where applicable, now and in the future, you may express your preferences about the use of your data in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy and you may do so using your chosen method of using our services, such as a mobile device, mobile applications or any representation on our Site.

Please note that by making comments and providing feedback about the Site and Services, you agree that we may use such comments and feedback on the Site and in marketing or advertising materials. We will only identify you by your first name and the city in which you live.

We take steps to protect your information from unauthorised access and from unlawful use, accidental loss, destruction, and damage.
