Of course you can! There's no limit to the number of destinations you can include in your shipment.
To add a destination to your delivery, simply select "Add a new destination" once you've entered the first recipient.
If your delivery is to be made in a specific order, you can indicate this in the additional information.
Once you've created your delivery, you can view all its details at any time.
You can find :
1. The status of your delivery (created, allocated, imminent, in progress, delivered)
2. A map showing your delivery driver's route and arrival time in real time.
3. Full details of your delivery (driver's arrival, pick-up, destinations and price)
4. Receipt signed by each recipient once delivery has been made
Once the parcel has been delivered, you will see the status of your order: "Delivered". Once the delivery status is "Delivered", you can see the recipient's signature for receipt of your parcel.
To do this, go to your customer area and check the details of your delivery order.
Once the delivery has been made, you can view the history of all deliveries made. In the details of a delivery, you will find the signature receipt and a proof photo for each destination.
Protecting fragile objects is essential. To do this, use quality double- or triple-flute cardboard, depending on the weight of your goods. Choose a cardboard box that's roughly the same size as your product. You'll be able to wedge it in without leaving any gaps.
To ensure smooth delivery, be sure to affix the packing slip to the top of your parcel. This label, and in particular its barcode, must be legible in its entirety. Then entrust your fragile parcel to a trusted carrier.
When you create a fragile delivery in your Shippr dashboard, it is important that you inform us of this in the information you provide.
To do this, tick the "fragile parcels" box in the "other details" section when you fill in the delivery information.
